Legal Stuff

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you are joining the High Land Beekeeping Club, a 501(c)3 Colorado non-profit. You certify that you are over the age of 18 and of sound and disposing mind. You understand that participating in this club is voluntary and that you may at some time come into contact with live bees. You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the High Land Beekeeping Club and any of its officers and any of its employees, together with their assignees, officers, agents, and employees, and their successors of all liability, costs, damages, or loss of my property, and/or all bodily injury (including death) resulting or arising from my participation in this club. This unconditional release of liability is equally binding on your heirs and assigns.
