About the High Land Beekeeping Club

We are a group of hobbyist beekeepers, urban beekeepers, and small apiary to medium-sized farm beekeepers who meet regularly in Littleton, Colorado, to talk about bees and bee-related issues.

Our primary focus is education, as we draw from the knowledge of one another and from outside experts.  Our goal is to encourage and support new beekeepers while promoting best beekeeping practices among our more experienced members.

We strive to learn more about how bees function, how bee colonies operate, and the factors that help or threaten our bee populations.

Although our primary goal is beekeeper education, we strive to respond to community requests by providing information about bees and their importance to our food supply and the environment.
